These Terms of Service explain the rules for using CircleMix. By creating an account or using CircleMix, you agree to follow these Terms.

CircleMix has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users must agree to these rules before creating an account or logging in.

Using CircleMix

You may use CircleMix to connect with people, create posts, upload photos and clips, add stories, create polls and events, send messages, join groups, and interact with content. You are responsible for your account and for anything posted from your account.

Account Rules

• Use accurate account information.
• Keep your password private.
• Do not use someone else's account without permission.
• Do not create accounts to spam, harass, scam, or harm other people.

Content Rules

You keep ownership of content you post, but you give CircleMix permission to store, display, and share that content inside the app so the service can work.

You agree not to post or send content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, or abusive.
• Exposes another person's private information without permission.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Contains spam, scams, malware, or attempts to trick users.
• Includes sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits children.

Music And Copyright

Clips may use approved CircleMix sounds or music from licensed providers that CircleMix makes available inside the app. Users may not upload separate music files or add songs they do not own or have permission to use. CircleMix may remove, mute, or restrict content that appears to include unauthorized copyrighted music.

Moderation

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or close accounts if we believe someone is violating these Terms, harming the service, or creating risk for other users.

CircleMix provides filtering, reporting, and blocking tools for user-generated content. Reports may be reviewed for safety, abuse prevention, and community rule enforcement. We aim to review objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Safety

CircleMix is a place for connection, but you should use care when sharing personal information, meeting people, or clicking links. You can report concerning posts and block users from the post options menu.

No Guarantee

CircleMix is provided as is and as available. We try to keep the app working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CircleMix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as CircleMix changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of CircleMix means you accept the updated Terms.
